Certainly entertaining, but not much I didn't already know.

One slight innacuray though - a wristband-mountd switchblade isn't an invention by Hollywood. In the 17th, 18th, and 19th Centuries the Spanish had a contraption (I forget thier term for it) that concealed a stilletto (a proper one, not merely a slim double edged blade) along the inside of the forearm, that was on a spring and would be released by depressing the lever with the palm of your hand. An assassination tool obviously

Also there was an English version that concealed a small single-shot gun (the forerunner of the American Derringer) up your sleeve, only the release lever on these was usually located at the elbow (you would slam the inside of your elbow against your ribs to release the weapon). This wasn't sold as an assassination tool but for self-defense against highwaymen robbing your coach.

Given these historic/antiquated systems, there's no reason you couldn't rig up a similar system for an front-opening auto, or even a facsimili of the original Spanish design if you had the right skills.
