Ive seen these frequently for sale and never was able to snag one for a good price. Got this one though! Its had the usual "Kentrucky Restoration" but its strong, no wobble and purdy bone! Little dip in the blade from the "Restoration" but plenty of life left!

I have never been able to put my finger on a descriptive name for some of this old bone until now. Peach seed is appropriate for some but this looks a little different. I really like this look and think "molten" really sums it up :)
 
Very nice. I have the exact same knife and sent it off to Muskrat Man to have one of the scales repaired and the blades re-sharpened.
 
Great knife, looks like it was hardly used!
I'm sure that little dip will sharpen right out as well. :thumbup:

I have always considered it to be Rogers bone. The old Queen Jacks has real nice examples of it.
 
Nice example, Dave. I have always thought of it as Roger's bone as well!
