I was wondering if any of ya'll have heard what the Case/Bose Collaboration knife is going to be this year. January brings with it the annual Shot Show(starts next Thursday in Orlando, FL)which is where W.R.Case has traditionally announced what the new knife will be.

What's the word on the street?:D

I know, I know! But I'm sworn to secrecy. :)

I did get a press release from Case on the Shot show but no mention of the Bose collab.

Yer such a dang tease, layin there in yer box....all provocative and such...and then you go and say a dadblame thing like that. :p

It's undoubtedly a 4" Zulu Trapper! I mean . . come on!!!:p

(Psst, Kerry, I was a little surprised it's a tactical linerlock, but who am I to judge when I live in a box?)

After seeing Tony's proto of the 4.5" BP two blader with the semi skinner, all can think about is a 3.5 to 4.0 inch trapper with a Zulu spear & a semi skinner

Its nice to dream, but tortureous at the same time
Beautiful knives,yours too Kerry

Vince, do you have a link to that prototype?

I just told my son to be sure to check it out at SHOT, his flight leaves next Wednesday :)

Thanks Vince. It is one of the all time greats! Almost on a par with your "grail" knife.

This morning, after I saw the BP,that the MFIC (is this correct ???) made for himself,I had a vision.....It was a T Bose rounded bolster muskrat, with a muskrat clip on one end & a semi skinner to fit the knife proportionately as only Tony can do. You see his semi skinner has a nice point to it too? You see that ? Every blade needs a point of some degree.
Picture it ?

A week from today, TBone and HamBone will be jetting to Orlando to get the lowdown in MickeyTown. I'm sure Robuck will be spillin the beans faster than you can say "Mr. McGillicutty", but if he doesn't, I will make sure you are all well informed about this years offering, complete with eight-by-ten colour glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each
one is....well, maybe not to that extent but you get the idea. :D
