Man I had a Blast today,Got to meet Everybody for the first time..And Guess what Bruce Bump and Me entered our colaberation knife in the best fixed blade catagory and WON!!!! Yea that was to cool ..Well I better get off here and get to going to my Cousins shop to play in his shop.

Surprised I managed to be first, but mucho congratulations to both of you. I cna't say that I'm surprised, considering the work I've seen you to post pictures of. The award is well deserved.

Also sounds like you had a ball and got to meet a bunch of people, of which I am jealous.

Still wish I could have made it down there. I just finished up some heat-treating (it's about 3 am)...so time is tight around here.

There are some great guys down there and I'm sure you'll all have fun. Sorry I missed you all.

It was really great to meet Bruce Evans after all these years of emails and phone calls. Its like we were friends already. Thanks for the good congrats about the award. Bruce will show it off on here after he gets home. It wont take him long to get home either because he misses Donna real bad. He had big picture of Donna on the table that read: "Please buy a knife from Bruce so he can get home to me" He sold and traded and left Salem with money in pocket.
 
Mister Bump, I'm assumming you made it back home, the roads must not have been to bad. Glad I was able to get to visit with you for a while. Thats quite a pistol/gun you put together, sure looked much better in person.

Burce Evans just called me with some really great news but I'll let him tell the story. I'm heading over to his Dad's old place to help him rebuild the pourch....Ray
