Hadn't posted anything in a while so I thought I'd drop in and say hi. Hope everyone is doing well.

Unfortunately, the day job keeps me busy and worn out so I haven't been doing much leather work. I did however get to a couple things recently. First up is a mat I'd been promising to a buddy who's really into fly fishing for a long time. Finally got to that this weekend and he was very happy.

Second, to keep things knife related, I made myself a little pocket slip out of some cool brown sanded shark. The top ridges are sanded giving it a nice feel and color contrast. The knife is a great little ultra minimalist folder made by Brad Zinker.

Edited to add: The sanded Shark piece is very nice also.:thumbup::thumbup: I was so taken by the fly fisherman. I almost forgot to mention the slip.
