Checkout this floor plan

Wow, that looks spacious. I spent a little time in Arizona and remember the low one story houses. Lots of them had swamp coolers too. Looks good. When's the HI? Really, fill up a 40 ft container with your shop stuff, truck it out there, and organize a "barn raising" hammer in. We'll get that smithy built in no time!
 
Looks great, IG. I have to laugh. I was looking at a similar plan for here in WA. The bedrooms may be a little small but at least they each have their own walking closet so that doesn't eat as much space out of the actual bedroom. I've heard good reports of Palm Harbor's quality too.
