Cheese knife mistake goodness

What do you do when you make a hidden tang that breaks trying to bend out a slight warp after heat treat.
You make a cheese knife and give it to you Mother, and tell everyone you made it that way on purpose.
Well everyone but you guys.

I have a couple scrap cutoffs that turned out to be cheese knives.
