This question is for Amy-0 or any other cheesecake experts in the audience.

I got my cheesecake from Amy-0 today (thanks Amy-0!) And it unfortunately was completely thawed. I have eaten a piece already :D, but I was wondering if it would go bad in X? amount of hours.

Rat.......was it warm??????? I am gonna send you another one......it was not what I thought.....who woulda thought it would be 70 degrees in December.......Did it taste bad?????????????? :eek: :eek:
 
Call me at the shop tomorrow.......Amy-0 has some spainlin to do....SORRY!!!!!!

It was cool, but thawed all the way through. I don't want you to go to the trouble and expense of making a new one, but I will call you tomorrow. :)
It does taste good.

Mmmmm. . . Cheesecake! It is delicious. I don't think it went bad, because it tastes good and has probably not been overly warm.
 
It is a Key Lime Cheesecake. :)

For those who are wondering, Amy-0 generously chipped in a cheesecake prize in cstorr2004's guess the lowest number giveaway.

Yes, Amy-0 said she uses Fresh squeezed Key limes. Probably is the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. :)
 
so amy, how does a regular guy like me, not a hog or anything, get his chops on one of these cheesecakes?
