Hello my dear friends.

I would like to present to you one of my recent works


Chef knife inspired by the Sabatier style.
Forged in 52100 carbon steel, integral collar, and partial gutter which is far from the sharpening region so as not to make it difficult.
Anatomical handle stabilized oak by Raffir, museum finish.
