Here is a special project for a very good client. I got a call one day and the client requests a new chef knife since he liked the one I made him a while back. I told him I'd draw up something for him and sent him the design. I cautioned him that it is a bit more "modern" than the more traditional design I made for him last time. He liked the design and let me run with it. The knife has some elements which tie it to the knife he already has but is definitely a departure from the last one. I know the design is a bit unique and not everyone's cup o' tea. But the owner is happy and that's all that matters to me. Let me know what you think.
