The Three at the top are integral paring knives out of O1
The Chefs are out of 1084. They have dovetailed bolsters and on has a Ironwood handle.
The Bowie has a 5160 blade and a excellent piece of Ironwood for a handle.

Hope to see everybody at the show.
I am at a testor table #23PB

Very nice and clean work. That bowie does it for me. If these are going to blade with you, I bet they don't come home.

From the looks of those knives you should have a sellout.

Hi Hesparus,
It is 11 & 3/4" tip to guard.
Since its pack up I have to guess at the over all length which is around 17 & 1/2"

I agree with Dan.
Everything here looks like they should sell really quick.
I hope you have photos or something for your table on the second day when everything is gone.

Those kitchen knives look great.
Who would have thought I would get excited over kitchen knives?
All of the knives look awesome.

The utility Chefs I make have a 600grit finish. The Desert Ironwood Showier piece has a 2000grit finish.
I almost always dovetail the bolsters to add stability to the handle. But I plan to switch to integral designs some time in the future.
Thanks for your comments!!!
