First blades are finished. Blade of Damasteel heat treated to 59 to 60 length 8 inches. Handle of stabilized birch burl and walrus. Stand of engraved reindeer antler with magnet and soapstone.I also show the other knife the same size and blade

Oivind Hello, and thank you. Contact me from the website, Have a reservation by one of the celebrity chefs in Sweden, he jumps, it is available, has orders for other sizes, but they will not be finished at the earliest in November

Im sure some would like a spice shot and some closer pics of the handle.
I really like the profile and for a home chef its a great length. Professionals usually go for 240 or 270. Chefknives are usually described with the metric system, unless you are Murray Carter and use your own system :)

Very nice work! This knife is very elegant and the materials blend very well.
 
Nobody ever seems to mention one of the extras. People , even the non-knife types are impressed. It's entertaining , while you're cutting up the turkey , to listen to the comments -- what kind of knife is that, where did you get that, how did they make that ???
