While trying to come up with a brunch dish I remembered a crepe called palachinka [sp?] that is similar to a super-thin pancake . They are great with warm fruit folded inside . This old mind has failed again.

Anyone familar with how to make them ?

Just look up 'crepe' in cookbooks or Google. Yes you can use it for leftovers , meat , veggies, mushrooms for a main course . Also a desert course filled with fruit , berries etc. You can also make a 'crepe cake' .Make at least 12 crepes and in between each layer put things like pureed fruit ,whipped cream etc.
