Chef's knife and a Parer

here are couple I just finished. First up is a chef's knife with a 7.5" blade of 52100 with a wa style handle of cocobolo and rosewood burl.

Next is a 52100 parer with a 3.5" blade handle is natural canvas micarta with ss pins

Very nice Erik, Did you forge the Chef blade?
Yes it is forged out of 52100, severak low temp forging cycles. I have found forging out larger stock and reducing it seems to create a better blade. Scientifically I know it can't be proven but in actual real world cutting it does cut better and longer than starting with bar stock.
