Chef's knife and Utility just finished.

Here are a couple I just finished. First up is a European style chef's knife with a 9 7/8" blade 2 3/8" wide at the heel forged 52100 .110" at the spine at the heel. Koa handle with 416 SS bolsters.

Next is a utility with a6.25" blade 1" wide at the heel with a 52100 blade with Cocobolo handle with 416SS bolsters and pins

I really like the first one.
Not just because of the Koa but it is nice.
For me I am fond of the pointy tip and the tall profile.
Both are features I like when cutting veggies.
