Chef's knife?

Not real sure how to categorize this one so I am calling it a chef's knife. It has a 8.5" Blade of 1084 and 15n20 damascus with 416SS bolsters and a Blackwood handle.

That is a really good looking chef's knife, Erik!

You are going to have to invest in a slick looking logo stamp, or learn how to engrave....the EF letter stamps are not worthy of this quality of work.
