SS bolster and corby bolts, brown paper micarta scales.

Very nice! If I could add some constructive criticism, the plunge distracts from an otherwise gorgeous knife. Just my opinion.
 
I think it adds to the look. My Wustoff chef's knife has twice the plunge thickness.

That's a nice looking blade BR.
 
Yes, both are beautiful, with or without plunge, tastes.

i have to go with not liking the plunge going to the heel. after a few sharpenings the sharpened heel area will no longer contact the board but the thick unsharpened will leaving incomplete cut.
all and all nice knife tho
