i haven't seen "safety orange" on a busse yet. there is however the standard orange and black g-10 that has been used on busse's in the past.

I think that he is referring to the solid orange on the SOS series.

I know that there are two black G10 SARGE7's heading to Canada!!

Can someone explain the difference betwee the Busse LE and the SE models? The Sarge-7 SE for example.

I suppose this has been explained before so forgive me but I get a blank when I use the search function.

I do know the LE's have numbers on the blade and that both are usually satin finished. I also know the LE's can usually be obtained with micarta or G-10 handles whereas the SE's are usually G-10.

But does it also have anything to do with the number of those model knives produced?

LE is just limited edition and typically this means: satin, #'d and tigerhide micarta. SE is special edition. Same knife though minus the tigerhide and it being #'d. SE's have many options of G10 or micarta-whereas there is only 1 LE model.
