So, for cleaner oils and detergents it only fair. But I can assure you. It would do little for the flavor of your apple. But will do something for your bowel movement later. DM

Hot water? But that is about 176 F so I doubt anyone is likely to clean their knife in something so hot. Interesting chart, though.

I too, would like to see one on Delrin. I seem to remember Delrin and heat do not mix at all.
