Hello Everybody, this is chen,a knife lover in main land china.
although my first fixed blade has not been produced,I am very happy to share you my new design named penguin.as I posted in my fixed blade thread:
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/891883-My-first-fixed-blade

There're no fantastic items in my plan, all I wanna do is CUB(Comfortable Useful Beautiful) knives and tools.Penguin is not outside.
AS the name,I got this inspiration after watching TV,something like Discovery.I wanna name it Penguin's Revenge, but penguin is short for remember.

two fingers hole, both inside and outside shape will be very comfortable for hold, and it will not turn to hurt you when using.also you can put more strengh for cutting.and you can use your hand as normal if you don't care about the sharp tip.

The proto was made of stainless steel which contains about 0.5%C,just for show.
I'll bring you some which will made of 9cr18mov/βTI/20CV(maybe in the next 4 months).I got some 20cv frome latrobe recently.

Nice. Interesting concepts, I like the bead blast finishes. I'd also like to be the first to suggest some cord wrapping; excellent traction, with limited bulk.

I like it ! but....... I'm still waiting for your fixed blade to be made !! :D Any plans on getting the fixed blade done ? I really like it.

Very cool designs. Hope to see them on this side of the pond, especially the prices you can offer them for. The Penguin, unfortunately, would likely not be legal where I live but that original lightweight fixed blade design looks mighty good.
