"Cherokee Rose" is the fourth episode of the second season of the post-apocalyptic horror television series The Walking Dead, which will air on AMC in the United States on November 6, 2011.[1] The episode was written by Evan Reilly and directed by Billy Gierhart.-Wikipedia

Hopeful sighting of the HI blade in it?:)

lol you got me there for a second;) I like the series but it would be a marked improvement if upped the action a little bit. As a read on the comics, I know that zombie killing isn't what the series is about...but do we REALLY need 4 scenes of people telling Rick to stay at Carl's bedside?

Jake,

Season 2 might focus more on faith. The group is breaking up after the girl's missing in bush and walkers are popping up.
Everybody was praying silently and started asking question about their challenged trust within the group.
I'm just disturbed by Otis's death betrayed by Shawn at the final scene BUT was impressed the crossbow guy turned out to be one hella kind folk.

We shall see a zombie dog/wolf hybrid in Episode 5 if i'm not wrong. The title says Chupacabra....:p

Well anything is possible since they really aren't sticking to the books:D Shane doing what he did is exactly something Shane in the books would have done. Daryl, the guy with the crossbow, is a completely made up character as far as he wasn't in the books, but he is certainly a fan favorite.

The frustrating thing is that while most of them certainly look the part, the only one acting like their character in the books is Dale...of course in the books, T-Dogg doesn't exist, Daryl doesn't exist, Sophia never gets lost in the woods, Otis dies much later, Shane isn't alive any more:p

Say what?? May a herd of zombies find your street in the dark of night. You shouldn't just blurt out impotent spoilers like that. Now you've ruined the entire series for me. Now I'm gonna have to read the Twilight series. ;)

Sorry Ted:o

But I'm really not spoiling much for you at all. Shane, in the books, is actually a very minor character. What they have done is roll his story arc into a different character from the book. I've heard they are going to bring this character on board, but they are extending Shane's role by a ton. Lots of characters don't exist in the books, the thing at the CDC? nope.
Honestly, if I had not read the series and started watching the show, I would probably skip the whole set of books, which is a shame. The GN paints a much bleaker picture, the isn't so much whining, and you feel a real sense of dread from the first page of the first issue.

I NEVER want to hear you guys make fun of women and their soap operas.

Hey, Bren watches it with me:p Now some of these stuff she watches...ugh. I think TLC should just come up with a series revolving around a couple of little people with 18 kids who practice polygamy and run a bakery. That would cover all bases:)

Now i must get myself a collection of the TWD comics!

They're addicting:D They generally release "volumes" of 100-110 pages a couple times a year. I've been reading them for I guess close to 4 years now. I bought the first two volumes and was hooked. I think they're up to Volume 14, which I'm hoping to get for Christmas. Good stuff with a lot of action and wide swinging arc for some characters.

I hate to say this but my Barbie finally got me addicted to the soap "Days Of Our Lives" that is on at noon our local time, that is unless preempted by our Prez... :o :p Although I do have to say in my defense that it took her a couple of years and with me kickin and screamin for her to, "Git 'R' Done" though!!! ;)

But beyond that I have developed a real passion for the very old reruns of, "The Heat Of The Night" starring Carrol O'Connor!!! I couldn't see what the older folks got outta it when I was of the age when I was smarter than they was but I see it now!!! "THOTN" was one of those fine ol' shows of outstanding TV and written without all the adult language that has become the norm for today...
