Here's the next project, a 1968 Chevy Shortbed Fleetside C-10 with 3 on the tree(3speed column shifter), not many 68 Fleetsides around.
This truck sat buried in the woods behind my barn since I parked it in 91'
Last summer we pulled it out with a 58 Willys jeep, threw some gas in the carb, and hooked up a 1 gallon makeshift fuel tank, threw in a battery and after about a minute of cranking it kicked over, it started shooting black walnuts outa the exhaust like a cannon, the water pump was leaking like a sieve, the brakelines were rotted out but I stepped on the clutch, put it into gear and drove it up the driveway. I was impressed, after sitting in the weeds for 14 years it still ran, rough but it still starts.
