Thanks to all of those that placed input in my original thread(when I asked which one I should get). Extra thanks to Dave at TKC for getting me squared away by ording the items that I wanted. Unfortunately, I'm sick as a dog so no action picks yet.

Yes, definitely a good start.

I know the 3 seems a bit redundant, but it is my favorite knife. A bit bigger than the Izula, but you can pull it out in places and it doesn't look 'too big' for some people like the 4 might. Also, I can conceal the 3 whereas I cannot conceal the 4 in my state......but with the MB you can lash it to a backpack and be OK.
 
i'm sure you already have, but you will fall in love with that izula. just be careful... she'll bite whether you love her or not.
 
The Izula hasn't biten me yet, but the 4 didn't waste any time. Probably pissed at me for saying that it pulled some arm hair lol.
 
that 4 looks legit man, get back on your feet and lets see some reviews asap!
 
The 4 is an awesome woods knife. I am looking forward to when I get a new one. I am still trying to make up my mind which color and which model I want this time around.

I am personally convinced that what you have there is all the knife you'll ever really need (except for machette and hatchet/axe situations.) The Izula and 4 are a great pair. Welcome to the family. I hope you feel better soon that you can go out and use them.

Good to see they're coming that sharp from the factory, I know they are hand sharpened, blah blah blah, but I received early Izula's (others have also) that had a sad edge to say the least, not a big disappointment but not to impressive either.. seems then it was hit and miss, maybe a disgruntle employee(s):eek: dunno:confused:

The newer stuff I've bought within the last year seemed to come pretty sharp..

@Mist, I'm also on the fence about a color but you're not gonna talk me into serrations :D, I know I want a 3 dt, or black.. I plan to edc so I'm thinking black but I sure loves me some dt..
 
Great Start! I started with the Izula, and then the Junglas, and then recently I got the 4. Excellent taste, and I hope you feel better soon so we can get some action shots!

Wow, the Izula and then the Junglas.....that's a huge step up!

I started with the 3MIL and 4 (RC). Then when I got the money and free time I got the Izula, Izula II, HEST and 3MIL-S....I'm a smaller knife type of guy. Then, by spending too much time here I got the bigger 5 and 6.
