If I am reading you correctly you want to add a chest bag to your daypacking loadout. I have recently picked up a Tactical Tailor Mini MAV. It's a nice little platform for small to medium sized pouches. I can put anything from a Kifaru admin pouch to a Claymore Malice G2 on there (depending on how much I care to have up there.
