What do you think?

I think I'd like to see a full on side shot like the bottom pic sans sheath. :D

Looks pretty interesting and well executed. Fascinating overall design and your filework looks great.

I also would like a side view. The file work is a nice touch. Classy working knife. Intresting handle shape.

Looks good from what I can see, the monitars out here on the rig are a little on the dark side. I'd love to see a side shot without the sheath.

I love the handle shape.

It is very unique I guess but cant understand w/o side view. Beautifully fileworked and handle shape is great....

Thanks for the compliments. Here's a picture from the side, as requested.

Here's a picture of the intended grip. I made it for my martial arts teacher who wanted a dual-use fighting/skinning knife to his specifications. I spent a good deal of time working with him on the design (I LOVE doing custom work) to make sure it'd be everything he wanted. I'd bring it to the show on sunday but I'm selling it tonight. There's a variant of it that I'll be bringing, though.

Sorry about the quality of the pictures. I haven't quite got the hang of this yet...

That is one unique and able looking piece of cutlery you've got there. I like your design a lot. It takes the full on skinner pattern and makes it useful in other areas too.

Well executed, Chris!

BTW, your pic taking is fine. It shows the knife well while not being overly dark or bright and in focus too. ;) It works for me. :)
