Brian_T and I live close to each other in the Chicago NW suburbs. Brian mentioned maybe getting a local day out going for us knife nuts. Maybe with winter coming that might not appeal to most but spring is just around the corner right?
If anyone locally might be interested, let us know here so we have an idea who our close knifenut friends are.
Would have to figure out a good place that's knife friendly considering most local police frown upon big knives out in public.

Cold Weather is fine with me.... I have a big bonfire pit in my yard and a bunch of firewood to hack up.....

We could also hit up Deer Grove Woods or Busse Woods. I'm cool with anything...

I heard flights are being delayed ay O'hare due to weather. We had a snow event here. Only 2 inches but according to the new generation of weather casters...its the end of the world as we know it!
 
yup, a couple of inches and it's a national disaster. at the first frost here in idaho the tire shops have lines a mile long.

what's the world coming too? :confused: :confused: :confused:

I'm a Marbles dude and Deer Grove or Busse wouls work for me. Weather is not a problem. Count me in. Winter BQQ would be great.

I know it's pretty short notice but we're not going on an expedition or anything.
