Ed, I skipped it last year and have regretted it since, so I'm definitely coming in this year for the Saturday show. I'm sure I can figure this out myself eventually, but can you tell me if there is a train/El stop close to the Sheraton? I'm up in West MI and was hoping to park in Michigan City, then take the train in the rest of the way...

The Chicago custom show was GREAT again this year.

Coop was very busy all weekend photographing knives. I'm looking forward to his photo reveiw when he gets all the images finished. Get to work Coop :p

I caught a glimps of you at the show but the table was so busy I could not get away.
Nice to see you there.
Coop was overwhelmed just about.
That has to say something about his photos!

ED and KATHY Wormser are a class act with a class show.
The place was packed with buyer and fresh customers

Hi Darrel, would have liked to visit (you make some cool blades) I was busy though and the two days went by so fast. I'm already lookin forward to next year.

Don,

I like shows where you go to work and dont get a break.
This type of show is rare now days. I think Ed and Kathy do a bang up job getting folks in the door that are interested in collector grade knives, and user grade knives alike.

Don you make some awesome knives yourself!
I have drifted from the forged items now days but still use stainless damscus in my knives.

I get about three knives a year forged and thats it!
I am glad folks like you have kept the ball rolling.
I hope to see you in New York I November.
 
Yup, I just came up for air.... ;)

I just counted a total of 42 separate knife images I will be processing and many of those are of pairs and threes. Lots of finery. I accomplished more in two days this year than I did in three days last year.

Ed and Kathy: You guys are my heros! Thank you!

I just hope you wiped all the sweat off all those knives that was dripping off your forehead! :)

Coop was hitting it hard that is for sure.
Ifeel he is the best in the business now days.
He deserves it.
 
The show was great. I'm delighted that I went. It's very concentrated. I found something of interest on most tables. I enjoyed the smaller show as it gave me the time to look at something of interest on most tables and to talk to people. I didn't feel the press of "I can't talk to you because I have to do this many tables per hour average to get through this all."

I won't stay at the Sheraton next year. That place was a huge disappointment. But I may come to the show.
 
The show was great and it was good seeing everyone there.
I am looking forward to next year already!
