chicago cutlery L-33 lockback

Hello:

I just came into possesion of a chicago cutlery L-33 lockback.Its' 4" closed and has a 3" + or- blade.Does any one know any thing about these knives? The blade is tapered all the way to point.I cant' find any info on knife.Probably discontinued. I need a shield for it and dont' know where to look.I have about 300 pocket knives but I am slowly falling in love,know what I mean?

Hello:

Apparently this model knife was made in the late 70's and 80's possibley by Schrade.I was able to contact worldkitchen.com and they informed me they don't sell any parts for any model of Chicago Cutlery. If it is there fault the knife is replaced.The warantee stops there. Since it was discontinued I am SOL and they really don't care. End of that romance.
