Chinese automatic knife

There is a Chinese automatic knife I am slightly interesting in. This would be from one of the most reputable Hong Kong importers, in a shipment with a couple of other knives.

Would the package be in jeapardy from Customs? I am not that hot on this item, and would hate to lose other knives because of this issue.

Any thoughts?

customs in what country? usa, sweden, japan, germany, uk......? no idea where you are, so a good answer is impossible to get.

if in the usa, i'd advise against it just because it's illegal to import auto's. which you'd be doing. having said that i don't know the punishments if caught? i'd imagine the odds of getting caught are pretty low, here since we see dealers all over the usa selling auto's from all over the world, but..............still a bad idea and illegal.
