A beauty. What kind of steel, where did you get it, what did it cost, what are its dimensions (length, height, spine thickness)?

Sorry, just noticed the blade dimensions in your post (21 x 9.5 cm). And spine thickness near the center of the spine?

Hello. The steel is a powdersteel made of steel Damasteel in Söderfors, Sweden, thickness is 3.2mm, and I grind from spine to edge so no taper

That means that both sides of that beautiful blade remain parallel for most of the distance from spine to edge, then taper rapidly down to the edge?

Yes just like a grinding phase at a Gyuto, same thickness on the whole spine, then I dread the front a little bit so you kann scoop up what has been chopped.
