Chinese counterfeit Spartan Harsey knives on Ebay

I hope no one here got burned but a fake just sold for $300.00 and another is listed for $380.00 or best offer.
These fakes are really good, they even counterfeit the packaging. Hey anyone want a $25.00 Rolux?

Seems like nobody should shop on EBay. Too many fakes, and too much risk of the knife being fake. Just shop on the different knife forums, you will probably get a much better deal!

I got a good knife on e-Bay not long ago, but you have to be careful, as the place is rife with copies. However, they are very open about their providence and most are pretty obviously rip-offs. I just dont understand why e-Bay doesnt shut the sellers down, I thought they had a policy about no counterfeits? But I guess if they did that half their sellers would be gone.

I have a problem more with the sellers who knowingly take advantage of others while claiming ignorance.
Some knock-offs are obvious while others are pretty close enough to pass.
