Chinese leaf-shaped blades

I've noticed that both the Bob Lum Chinese folder (http://www.boblumknives.com/folder.html) and the Paul Chen Chinese Folder (http://www.knifeoutlet.com/shop/10Expand.asp?ProductCode=PC2026) have very similar blade designs. Does anyone know what type of traditional Chinese blade these knives are referencing?

It doesn't look like any of the Chinese swords or knives with which I am familiar (buttery fly knives, willow-leaf saber, goose-quill saber...etc.)

Chinese cleaver. Usually used in the kitchen for cutting meat, vegetables and even can cut bones.
