I just recieved a new chinook in the mail a couple of days ago. This thing is a "Tank". I'm also surprised at the compact size, which makes up for the weight. Great blade too. I've just started using it as my duty knife while my CQD is in the shop. It might replace the CQD in the long run. My only question is for Sal. This thing is very lefty friendly, but why not drill holes on the other side for the clip, to complete the ambidexterous process? Is cost for that to high? Anyhow, I express my thanx to Sal, James Keating and Spyderco for this wonderful knife. GOOD JOB!!!!!
