Which do you prefer? Do you like the flat-ground Chinook or the hollow ground version better? Manix or Mini-Manix?

Another vote for the Spyderco Manix. This is one design that I really enjoy from Spyderco.

mini manix The ergos are tops, and that point is wicked. I own a body shop, and I beat my mini manix everyday.

Ok i'll go against the grain here I really like my chinook. The handle is the same as the manix (or really close), but the blade is unique and also a wicked cutter. Nothing against the manix I just wanted a little difference in the blade style.

I dont have a mannix, but do have a Buck- Strider. I like it

I'm a full sized Manix man, all the way. Incredible knife. Comfortable to hold, possibly the strongest production knife on the market, and cuts like a chainsaw. The finger choil just adds to it's versatility. You won't be sorry with this knife. It will last longer than you.

Regards

I have personally used the Manix and mini Manix and would recommend the full size version. The blade shape is great for cutting, it is a monster slicer. I would think the new Flat Ground Chinook would have similar cutting ability to the Manix, but I just prefer the looks of the Manix to the Chinook. Both are about as strong as you can get in a folder.

Another vote for the Manix, I've been carrying one on and off since it's birth. It's a tough folder to beat in any price range.
