This one was for me, as I don't have a chisel ground blade and I wanted to do a dovetail joint for the experience. The dovetail was a real treat as I don't have a mill, but after a two attempts it ended up a tight and clean fit.
It's ground out of 1095 and quenched with clay for the hamon.
The handle has blind pins in the front and rear with the center being peened.
The sheath is a simple slip sheath. OA is 8" so I'll be able to carry it in most pants front pocket and have enough of the handle available for acquisition.
All criticism / comments welcome!
