Here's my first fully chisel ground folder. I probably wouldn't have tried a chisel ground folder on my own but this was a custom order. I hope he likes it. I thought it might give me problems being completely flat on one side. I thought it might rub on the liners but it doesn't even come close to doing that. The blade is CPM 154, .135" thick, 3 1/2" long, and opened length is 8". The liners are .063" Ti, carbon fiber scales, Ti pocket clip. Thanks for looking.

Ray, it's beautiful. I have a soft spot for chisel grinds. Early Emerson syndrome. I like that one a lot.

Whew! Thankfully it's a custom order :D

Great work Ray! A good challenge would be to put a slight hollow grind on the back side of the blade ala sujihiki style knives!

Here's a mini Jasmine framelock for a customer. The blade is . 135" stock CPM S35VN steel, 3" long, opened length is 7 1/4". I hope he likes it. Thanks for looking!

Ray,

These folders of yours are really growing on me. I kinda feel like an ass now, for turning down that one you offered up a while ago.:foot:

I also saw the vid on youtube for the flipper in carbon...OH WoW:eek::thumbup:

I'm not a big fan of chisel grind but...... Ray great job on both knives.

Great job Ray! I think that chisel grind are mostly underevaluated, but in right hands are the most sharp grind.
