Beautiful!!!!

I need some teeth. I have a similar Manakuna, and it is one sweet chopper. I used it in dense thorn thickets. Made life better.

EDIT: I finally posted faster than, well, you know....

Love ya bro

Do you have a chitilang brother BB? I think I need to try one out

I am liking my straight handles better for use. The curved handles are more attractive to me, but my pinky splits after only a few swings now.

I have both of today's offerings, I really like the curved handles, they don't bother me at all. I don't have huge hands, perhaps that's a reason or my chopping sessions aren't as intense. Also, I really like the Manakamanas, another underrated Khukri much as the Balance Knives IMHO.

My mitt is a bit wide, ill look for a +22" hanshee or tin chirra.

My 2nd go to is my Thamar 17" TC. The weight and balance for me is a great chopper. My current #1 is a BDC. I have been trying to trade my son anything for the 16.5" CAK i lent him to chop firewood with Papa lol. That was over 2 months ago, but he wont budge. Smart lad

He is literally a test tube clone in looks for me, but thats about all he got from me. Luckily for him

I didnt realize horn was that much heavier than satisal. The chitilang looks bigger in all respects

Will the sirupati sheath fit the villager?

(I assume the one with the long black handle is the Manakamana special)

If we can find a sheath to fit that doesn't cost hundreds I will take the Manakamana special

The MS is fearsome elegance. I've used mine for just about everything, and it's a sweat, sweat blade. Replaced my highly lauded 18" WWII as my go-to camp chopper.
