This is a Nepalese khukuri (kukri) that was imported by the now-defunct Gurkha House. It has cut nothing but air. Quality is excellent. Blade is 1/2" at the spine, but the khuk handles quickly because of the deep fullering.
Horn handle and brass "bell" buttcap are pretty much standard. Note the enclosed "cho" and the brass inlaid "Sword of Shiva"
