Not an odd ebay discription but rather an odd variation. I doubt it was inspired by a khukuri though.

This is a Tai Goo presentation grade knife. I am actually planning on putting together a forge similar to his (wood ash forgebeque) since our somewhat faithful bbq died this summer.

Tai Goo and the other Neo-Tribal boys do some really exciting steel work don't they?!?!?!?
Tim Lively is perhaps my favorite of the bunch with what little I really know about them. Tim has went completely tribal in that he uses only a charcoal forge, all hand tools and absolutely No Electricity!!!!
And Tim does extremely Outstanding work!!!! Makes a fellow wonder if some of the old legends about Magical Blades don't have something to them.
