Had these in the cabinet for a long while a 152 and 15OT with what I was told are chocolate handles ,and was told once by a knowledgable chap not to get rid of them..Can anyone give me any info about them and are they "rare" or just uncommon..Thanks Wade

First ones I've seen. Nice knives Wade. I'll bet pretty dang rare. Where'd you score those?

When I got a bit of an interest in Schrades I was able to get friendly with a lovely US citizen who sold me a small amount of his collection...These were in the box when they arrived here..Another collector I was friendly with in Indiana followed up on them and said that it would be well worth while keeping them..so they have lived alongside a few of my other faves in the cabinet till I have recently gotten interested in where they originated and why..

I've never seen that before either. And your friend is correct, hang onto them. ;)

:thumbup:rare indeed!! is the design of the 152 sheath the way you got it or have you modified it? also is there a clip on the backside of it? just like the handles, that sheath is new to me. thanks for sharing---------brady

..It has the top flap flexed over the back and attached with two studs the same as on the front as a belt attachment...The sheath is unchanged though and same as original..Very nice and first and only I have seen as well..
