Chocolate Martini's

1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
2 oz. Creme de Cocoa
1 oz. Chambord
just a tablespoon or so of chocolate syrup for the real chocolate lovers:D

Shake well with Ice cubes and drain the glass:thumbup:

I've run out of Chambord so tonight I'm going to try Triple Sec. Sort of like Swiss chocolate orange...........I'll let you know how it turns out. Sounds good. Maybe even a little Creme de Menthe would be different, too. :D
 
Sounds like a sharp ripping hangover to me, but then, I only thought in terms of quarts when I used to drink. I don't suppose this is quite the same thing. You actually have a good time, talk to people, stay rationale, read a good book or watch TV after a few of these? What a strange thing to do. I wonder what that's like?

Think I'll just stick with Starbuck's large Cafe Mocha, skip the alcohol, and get high on the serotonin from all that choclate!:D
 
Thanks Gin but I had better stay with the Single Malts and the Hiram Walker's Apricot Brandy.
From the sounds of it I'd sure hate to get a hangover on those Chocolate Martinis!!!!:thumbdn: :rolleyes: :barf:
I've a feeling it would be 10 times worse than the hangover I got when I drank a full pint of Rittenhouse Rye Whisky one night soon after the mother of my kids and I split up.
But at least I didn't puke so much as to get a stomach hernia like I did later in life just before the 2nd one and I split the sheets.
Damn but I am more than glad and happy that I got my Barbie!!!!:thumbup: :D :cool:
 
That's an interesting recipe Gin. I like the idea of substituting Triple Sec for the Chambord. In fact, I would up the ante one more and use Grand Marnier. I'm making myself thirsty just thinking about it.:D
