Which do you prefer, a blade that is easy to sharpen (therefore dulls quicker) or a harder blade that won't dull as fast & is harder to sharpen? My vote is for 'easy to sharpen'
I have both types of blades on various knives. I like both types for different reasons. But I think I like an easier to sharpen blade over a tougher blade. I seem to hold off on sharpening the Ti blade untill it is really past time.
