So I want to order a RC3 today right. Seems simple enough. But I have to make it a big deal so here it goes.......

I'm so glad that the OD green and desert tan and agent orange colors aren't out yet cause that would make my purchase even more miserable.

I like no choices, nice and simple...... Oh, but wait.....The damned pommel.

Do I go for the cool, glass breaking, stabby pommel....I mean, I'm not a cop or a firefighter or a ninja who might need to break glass or manipulate pressure points but it could be a nice thing to have, right.

Ooooorrrrrrr do I go for the more bushcraft friendly modded pommel that I can't hurt my clumsy ass with?
 
Well, the RC3 is now on hold until next month.

I was looking forward to doing my part to stop the flow of blood the chi-com stimulus package is going to cause by sending some of it to a good ol' American company but uncle sam hosed me again.

I lost my mind for a while and believed the posted dates on the IRS website....what an idiot.

See, if you get a direct deposit for your tax return they tell you that your going to get your check on X date. They neglect to tell you that if you have said return routed diffrently and have your filing fees taken out of said return, you can expect a paper check.... over a month later than your expecting.

Hey, I have to wait to get a knife, no big deal. My wifes friend sent bad checks to her landlord and her bank for her car loan..... Can you say screwed?

Well, I'll be getting my precious next month I recon.:grumpy: You guy's still haven't told me which pommel to get, but now I have a month to mull it over......OH NO, by then the agent orange will be out...... NOT MORE CHOICES!!!!!
 
I know I'm getting the desert tan RC-3 for sure, that color combination looks awesome. But I'm wondering the same thing, pointed or round pommel.

Pointed pommel could be very useful for certain situations, whereas the rounded pommel you could essential hammer if needed to to dig the knife deeper into wood or something.
