Hi,

I've been getting interested in this knife and wondered if any of you knew the composition of the metal handle/lock slab. Ti or SS?

Thanks.

Paper catalog says "titanium RIL" in the "Features" column, so am sure that's the case. You'd think they'd note it right in the description.

The lock side is for sure titanium. The handle side looks to me like SS and its covered by G10. Its a pretty cool knife, very thin for how long it is.

This is my Chokwe, and the construction is titanium on one side & G10 over polished stainless steel on the other side.

An excellent folder for kitchen duties thanks to it's thin blade and fine point i might add,

Here a few comparison shots;
