Well, I think the Chokwe has finally grown on me to the point that I'm actually thinking of buying one. I just need that extra nudge. I'd like to hear from you Chokwe owners. Of course, user pics would be most helpful.

Thank you!

I sold mine in an hour of need. It was the slickest opening Spydie I've owned and I was impressed by the fit and finish.

The appearance and ergonomics are a matter of taste but I liked it.

I liked it, then I was disappointed, and now I like it again. this knife will take you on an emotional roller coaster.

I really want to try one out. I keep my eye out in the sales threads for a second hand chokwe, but they seem to get snatched up really quickly! I have wanted to try one for a few months now and might end up pulling the trigger on a new one in a few months if I cannot land one on secondary market. Although not an owner, I would say go for it!

i like my chokwe but i am always afraid i'm going to sharpen away the tiny little belly so i have never used mine.

It's an absolutely fantastic knife. It practically disappears in your pocket, and is one hell of a slicing demon. It may be a bit rough when you get it (If you get it new) but will wear in after awhile. I will have had mine for a 6 months on thursday and carried it for most of that time until the Para kicked it out of my pocket (It still sneaks it's way in though) I would say go for it and get one, I doubt you'll regret it.

blade has tape from sharpening. The g10 is in the process of being sanded smooth, it looks great from the factory.

Thanks for the replies and pics, guys. I'm fairly certain I have one of these in future.
