Does anyone find themselves buying folders on certain criteria like tip up carry or large thumb ramp? Specifically, knives that a wave can be improvised. Anyone gone so far as to drill and tap a Ti handle to make it tip up to further a wave?

Not only did I wave it but I also made it double edged. All this was done with a Dremel.

This knife has been an EDC for about 2 years, so it has picked up a few scars.

I have waved a few knives, but I do not remove as much metal as you. I've done a few grips/mini grips and a byrd.

Here is a 558 that is waved.

My only concern, is how strong are your blades since you removed so much metal? I'm assuming that it is strong enough if you have been using it for the past two years.
