Choosing a knife for motorcycle camping

I've been traveling and camping by motorcycle for about a dozen years now, and have gotten by fine with a number of different knives and cutting tools. As I tour, I try to stay at fairly primitive sites in state forests and such. Normally, I carry a multitool on these trips, but I've been thinking that it's redundant since there is a tool kit on the bike.

I know that any of my knives would do just fine, but just out of curiosity, which of the following would you all take along and why (I'll have a hatchet along too)?

Wenger SI
SAK Outrider
Bark River Mini Canadian
Bark River Northstar
Case Peanut
Queen gunstock
Becker Crewman
Vic Spirit
Spyderco Native

But, you didn't ask about new knives, you asked about the ones you already have.;) Of your collection, I'd probably go with the BRKT Northstar, but I'd also take along the Native and one of the SAKs for good measure.:D

P.S. There shouldn't be anything you couldn't do with just the BRKT Northstar.

Really need more information on what you use your knife for.

Personally, I'd keep the muli-tool (whenever I ride, an old Leatherman is in my bag next to my flat kit or on my person) and also have another, blade-only knife like a BM 710 on my person also.
