Hi guys. Narrowed it down to 2
Mili BG-42 & Socom Elite D-2/S90V
Would like to hear from people, who used later or both.
Thanks

I will say that I have not used the Socom, but the BG-42 Military is one of my most favorite Spydercos in addition to being one of my most favorite knives of all time. This knife has taught me that BG-42 is my favorite steel and that Peel-Ply CF is an awesome thing. Also, the liner lock on this knife is nothing short of supurb. Really, it is the most quality knife I have ever handled along with my sebenza.

I have the Millie in BG42, and the Socom elite in S90V ( 1each in ps and ce) is a sprint run, not the regular D2 .. Talk about all around nice knives! The Socoms being a sprint and are difficult to find having been made in 03 ( last one I know about is at the pharmacy( New Graham) where there is one CE). I don't know of any other S90V production folders having been made

The Millie in Carbon Fibre and BG42 is one of the best spydercos ever made. I'll go so far as to say it is one of the all time best production knife made.

Chose well. There both winners with S90V being better steel, but the BG42 millie being less expensive and having better ergos and a better reputation for service should something ever go wrong.

I say get both if possible. They're really production folders with the quality of some customs and in the case of the SOCOM very rare. Joe

Haven't played with the other one, but the ergonomics on the military are fantastic. I really like the spyderedge military particularly.
