Yeah. I wouldn’t trust it on a bigger blade. But it seams very secure. I would have to really try to get it off. I’m gonna keep an eye on it with use and see what happens. I like your glue idea if it ever needs it.So the tube rivet helps secure the handle. Not sure if that handle won't slide off now at some point. You may want to slide it off, glue it and place it back on.
I like that. This is what happens when I’m bored. This knife always felt a little out of proportion to me. So I chopped the handle with a grinder and sanded it a little. About a 10 min job. I like it!

That could be dangerous!I like that.
we should seriously consider hanging out
ass ends of blades everywhere. That could be dangerous!
ohhhhhh he went there.I like smacking the ass end of things.
Nice mod by the way.
You could just take a piece of flat rubber, melt one side and quickly smack it onto the end to protect the exposed tang
Hey that’s where I saw it done first! I knew someone had chopped one. Thanks for the inspiration David. Good to know it’s not gonna fall off. If David Brown can’t pull the handle off, it ain’t coming off!cool, I like it.
With mine I have not it come loose in the over 5 months since I did it.
I even pulled pretty hard to try and get the handle off but it is on there.
