What happened to it? The photo came out as a tease for the BB13.
A combination of Chopper and Spatula. It was obviously a prototype, but it's floating around somewhere.

George, can we be sure it's even an actual physical prototype. Looks photoshopped to me especially around the choil area and the fore-ward "tip"

They will be offered at Blade! Get them:thumbsup: while you can. Also if you purchase 3 or more your name goes in the drawing for these Beautiful Camo Silverware sets!

That's not photoshopped. It looks to have the same blade profile . Bottom side. I would think they threw it back on the machine and it's someone's b13 now. Oh and I want a pink set

I said it at the time--it reminded me of this... an old Case pilot survival machete (from WWII):

I could use that at Fogo's this Thursday, I could chop the meat up and and then use the same knife as a food shovel!

When that picture dropped i was laughing how much it looked like the machete from the game "Manhunt"

You could probably mod your own BB13 to look like that. I think someone should do it just so we all know what it's like.

And there's no tube in the handle to fasten it to the tang.[/QUOTE]

Sorry when do you need a tube to fasten thing's?lol

Totally PhotoChopped. Look at the artifacting around the "Spatula" where they wrapped the bevel back on itself.

I would buy at least one. The photo was a joke, but the real deal would be impressively executed if Jerry went serious about it. I thought it was funny at the time, yet hoped he would bring it anyway!

It's a "serechete". I've seen guys on another forum raving about this design as a general purpose bush tool. Basically a chopper with a rounded end for digging.
